Roman Mainz
The printed version of the cover illustration I did for this month’s Sensor Magazine. This issue is about Roman Mainz and I tried to combine our beautiful modern Mainz with a Roman concept. In the end, it turned out like a #hiddenobject and I am completely satisfied with the result.

As summer draws to a close, I’m excited to share a brand new cover illustration for Sensor magazine, once again featuring the Romans of Mainz! Last time, I illustrated Romans hanging out at the Martplatz, and now I’ve taken another step towards turning this into a series by drawing them around the Dativius-Victor Arch. If I get the chance to work on another Roman Mainz theme next year, I’ll create the third piece and hopefully immortalize this series!
